Dean Weaver

Bryce Skeeters and Dean Weaver didn’t know exactly what they would create, but they knew that together they had the industry knowledge and the complementary skill sets to build something valuable for the construction industry. After many ideas (most of them mediocre), they began shaping a vision for a platform that could transform the building manufacturer space.

Like Skeeters, Weaver entered the industry through a major demolition and remediation company before moving into sales at Stego Industries, where he supported manufacturers across eight states. It was there, working on the same team, that Weaver and Skeeters first connected.

As Dean took on greater sales responsibilities, he became increasingly aware of inefficiencies in his role. He also realized that the way he’d been trained to do business was simply the industry norm. Hours were lost to tasks that could be automated, processes slowed rather than supported growth, and even with all the data and systems at his fingertips, there was no clear direction for what to target.

The Dyce Group’s early vision centered on consulting, helping companies move away from outdated go-to-market methods. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, development was already underway on a system designed specifically for manufacturers and reps. As their solutions began driving real results and scaling quickly, the partnership group recognized the potential for something far bigger.

Motivated to create meaningful change, Weaver began studying system architecture and exploring what automation and applied artificial intelligence could look like for building manufacturers. The deeper he went, the clearer it became: Dyce could build a system that empowered sales teams by helping them target the right projects at the right time.

After months of building the business, Weaver and Skeeters found their rhythm. Skeeters led strategy and prospecting, while Weaver translated each client’s needs into intuitive, automated systems designed to save time and reduce costs. He also ensured the user interface stayed simple and accessible, so clients could easily see the data and insights that mattered most.

Now, as The Dyce Group gains momentum, Weaver focuses on helping clients surface exactly what they need, everything from product visibility to identifying the most lucrative opportunities. He works closely with Skeeters to ensure every system is built on accurate, complete information, giving clients a seamless and intelligent infrastructure they can trust.

Drawing from his own experience as a former sales representative, Weaver understands firsthand how game-changing this model can be.

“There is a system now running in the background,” Weaver explained. “If I had something like this, something ensuring I’m making the right calls, targeting the right big projects, and staying aligned with my goals, I would have been unstoppable.”

“Then, on top of that, you’ve got this backend system helping you gain an extra five to ten percent and with a little participation, maybe more. Suddenly you’re blowing your sales goals out of the water. That’s the big differentiator.”

Looking ahead, Weaver is eager to help more clients leverage this sophisticated product and project management system, one that qualifies products automatically, removes guesswork, and gives sales teams valuable time back.

To companies unsure about making the switch, Weaver offers a simple promise:

“We provide clean, reliable insights and actions, allowing one salesperson to do the work of three. So why wouldn’t you want to make the change?”
